5 New Apartments

We were employed to produce a scheme for 5 one bed apartments for a local mental health charity.
The proposal has a focus on sustainability, with a net biodiversity gain across the site, a living wall feature, a large solar array and electric car parking.
Single Storey Rear Extension
Location: Little Cransley
Status: Complete
3m rear extension to include a new kitchen dining and snug area. The size and height of the extension was kept within the permitted development rights, meaning that it didn't need planning permission.
We completed a full set of construction drawings and provided on site assistance and additional drawings for Anglian Water when a drain was discovered under an existing patio.

Side and Rear Wrap Around Extension
Location: Little Cransley
Status: Full Planning Approval Granted
This project is located in a conservation area, and included the conversion of an existing outbuilding, a large extension and significant internal amendments.
We provided a full set of planning information and supporting reports for the conservation officer and gained approval without need for amendments to the initial proposals.
5 Bedroom New Build
Location: Northampton
Status: Full Planning Approval Granted
We provided a full set of planning documentation as well as the initial site survey for this 5 bedroom new build house on a large plot in Northampton.
Rear Dormer Extension
Location: Rushden
Status: Nearing Completion on Site
We provided a full survey of the existing building, proposed design options and a full set of construction drawings for building control.

1st Floor Extension and Internal Alterations

Status: Full Planning Approval
We produced a full set of planning documentation, including the initial site survey. Planning was approved with no comments from consultees or the public and no amendments to the proposal.
Major Renovation, Extension and Loft Conversion

Large renovation with alterations to internal and external. We produced all documents for a new planning application and a full suite of construction drawings.

We were employed to produce a full set of planning information for a a splitting of an existing plot into two and incorporating a new 3 bedroom detached chalet bungalow.
From concept to planning approval we provided all supporting information and the measured survey in house.
